1. We will sit down together and go over everything that you are looking for in a home.
2. Visit Windermere.com and set up a free account. Doing this allows us to communicate very easily on the properties you have saved in "Your Favorites." Any question you have on a particular home, type it in the "comments" section right below the home and I will be sent an e-mail immediately.
3. After doing a little bit of searching on the Internet, choose 5-7 homes you would like to go see in person and we will schedule a day to go look at them. It is always a good idea to do a drive by of a home you are interested in. Pictures on the Internet can be deceiving and this way you will be certain of the neighborhood, the surrounding homes or if the exterior matches up to your standards.
4. We will continue the above process until you find that perfect home you want to make an offer on!
